Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position focused on building and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across various applications while ensuring best practices in development and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and develop integrations with enterprise systems
• Implement Service Portal and maintain CMDB integrations while supporting upgrades and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills and deep expertise with Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
