Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position to design and develop ServiceNow solutions across various applications while ensuring best practices and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Build workflows and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Write clean scripts and develop catalog items, request workflows, and reports for operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
