Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position focused on building and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across various domains, including ITSM and ITOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts and build integrations with enterprise systems
• Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills and deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal widget development
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
