Job Summary

In a fully remote, full-time role, a ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions within a Federal cybersecurity environment, focusing on IRM and CAM capabilities while participating in Agile/SCRUM activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities, including configuring applications and workflows
• Develop custom applications, business rules, and automation to enhance ServiceNow functionalities
• Assist with Employee Center portal configuration, data migration, and documentation efforts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or CAM implementations
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog items
• Experience building custom ServiceNow applications related to compliance or risk management
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications (preferred)
