Job Summary

To support the growth of PHMCare, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will enhance and configure ServiceNow applications, improve platform stability and scalability, and reduce reliance on outsourced support while collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and related platform capabilities
• Improve platform performance and usability while addressing technical debt
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions

Required qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications - CSA, CAD
• In-depth ServiceNow development and administration experience, including configuration and scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow capabilities such as business rules, client scripts, and dashboards
• Strong listening and communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business teams
• High ownership and adaptability in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
