ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer, the full-time remote position will design and develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while ensuring best practices for performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations
• Write clean, well-tested scripts and develop scoped applications following platform best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and troubleshoot performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
