ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support the organization's IT initiatives, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, build, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform while performing day-to-day administration and integration with back-end databases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document applications related to ServiceNow
• Participate in setting organizational development strategy and prioritize new features in collaboration with business leaders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing applications, ensuring security and compliance with banking regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow and certification in ServiceNow or equivalent experience
• Associate's degree in computer science or a minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of relevant programming languages and web technologies, including HTML 5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript
• Proven experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining ServiceNow implementations
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development methodologies
