Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on designing and developing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while implementing best practices for performance and upgrade safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM and ITOM
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and develop integrations with enterprise systems
• Write clean, maintainable scripts and support platform upgrades and performance troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills and deep expertise with ServiceNow scripting components
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
