ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and test ServiceNow Catalog Items automation and integration solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance Catalog items while maintaining platform architecture documentation
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and configure them on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop technical design documents and manage testing activities, including regression testing of software defects

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficient in JavaScript for IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow technologies such as Workflow/Flow Designer and GlideRecord
• Fundamental understanding of integration technologies including REST and SOAP
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to define technical requirements
