ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on building and maintaining solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while ensuring best practices for clean and upgrade-safe configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across various modules and custom applications
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and develop server-side and client-side scripts
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems and develop catalog items for service requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, as well as REST and SOAP integrations
