ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Developer will gather requirements, design, build, test, and implement service catalog items while enhancing complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement service catalog items in ServiceNow
• Enhance and create high complexity service catalog workflows and perform unit and integration testing
• Document, analyze, and test to resolve problems while researching and recommending solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of practical experience in workflow development using ServiceNow
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working effectively in an Enterprise Agile and DevOps team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative thinking abilities
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and ServiceNow Catalog Developer expertise preferred
