ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting customer environment operations, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will assist in technical design, develop custom integration components, and document policies while ensuring code quality and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical design for architecture and ensure overall code quality for a highly available environment
• Assist in designing, prototyping, implementing, testing, and deploying business rules and technical solutions
• Document and maintain policies and procedures for platform operations while promoting agile development practices

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Clearance
• 3-5 years of relevant software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in ServiceNow development
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting
• Familiarity with integration components (SSO, LDAP) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
