Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design and develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, focusing on hands-on configuration, scripting, and integrations while ensuring best practices for platform performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and custom scoped applications
• Write clean, well-tested scripts and develop integrations with enterprise systems
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to provide operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
