Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security
• Develop workflows, business rules, and custom portal functionality using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ITSM processes and implement automation solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting a production ServiceNow instance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Portal development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
