Job Summary

Seeking a career-oriented ServiceNow Developer, the full-time remote position will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, with a focus on enhancing the Vulnerability Response module and building integrations with external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly the Vulnerability Response module
• Develop custom workflows, integrations using REST and SOAP, and troubleshoot technical issues across the platform
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and support vulnerability lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer
• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub
