Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and maintain system integrity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred
