ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To enhance IT Service Management capabilities, the full-time FLEX Technology Analyst, ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and improve scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions to meet ITSM needs and long-term business goals
- Translate functional requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and enhance ITSM capabilities
- Develop workflows, business rules, and service catalog items while ensuring quality assurance and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM functionalities
- Experience in designing and executing ITSM process improvements
- Familiarity with UI Scripts, business rules, and workflow development
