Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will leverage expertise in the ServiceNow platform to deliver solutions for federal clients, manage applications, develop integrations, and support daily operations while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, coordinating development efforts within the admin team
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow functional team to build workflows that manage processes from customer intake to fulfillment
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, and advanced scripting components to enhance core and custom applications

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass a federal background check and maintain eligibility for access authorizations
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript, XML, and HTML skills, with familiarity in LDAP and MS Active Directory
