ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer, this full-time position will be responsible for leading the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on enhancing the Single-Pathway Issue-Resolution system while working within a regulated federal IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and configuration of the ServiceNow MVP, ensuring compliance with VA requirements
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows, including Service Portal pages and automated notifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies and manage tasks through Jira

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience or active CSA and CAD certifications
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end ServiceNow development
• Experience in regulated IT environments, preferably within federal healthcare or VA OIT systems
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile Scrum practices
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
