ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while ensuring platform stability and adherence to development standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop business and systems requirements
• Script and develop enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new features
• Analyze system performance and provide architectural input to maintain platform stability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management, ITIL/ITSM, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Competency in system/software engineering lifecycle principles and data analysis/modeling
