ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support IT service management initiatives, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and optimize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on documented requirements
• Configure integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet performance and security standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
• At least one active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS)
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
