ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Supporting platform customization and workflow automation, the remote ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, Connectors, and Spokes
- Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet business and operational requirements
- Implement and support workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
Required qualifications
- Strong experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes
- ITOM experience with a current CIS-Discovery certification
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TLS, PKI, and related connectivity concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation and a proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
