ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and implement custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while ensuring platform stability and best practices are maintained.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and systems requirements
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and enhance existing applications

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL/ITSM practices
• Demonstrated competency in Agile/Scrum project environments
