Job Summary

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the ServiceNow Developer will provide operational support for Service Portal and AngularJS, assisting with UI fixes, workflow defects, and backlog items.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow Service Portal and related applications
  • Assist with defect remediation, usability improvements, and implementation of new features across multiple releases
  • Collaborate with the key architect and other team members to ensure effective project execution and continuity of service
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal or front-end development
  • Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with scoped application support, business rules, client scripts, and workflows
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and release support processes
