Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a remote contract position to enhance and complete a global application on the ServiceNow App Engine, focusing on troubleshooting existing code, improving user experience, and supporting testing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and complete a custom scoped application built within ServiceNow App Engine, including troubleshooting and modifying existing code
• Improve application usability and user experience through frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Perform regression testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving identified issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom scoped application development
• Deep expertise in Custom Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flows
• Strong frontend development experience within ServiceNow
• Experience performing regression testing and production readiness validation
