ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while ensuring platform stability and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams and clients to develop business and systems requirements
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work and facilitate the rollout of new applications
• Script Business Rules, Client Scripts, and other components to enhance existing ServiceNow applications

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools, including Service Catalog and Incident Management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management and Agile/Scrum project teams
• Demonstrated competency in system/software engineering lifecycle principles
