ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To develop and implement solutions in the ServiceNow environment, the contract ServiceNow Developer will work remotely, collaborating with a team of developers to integrate APIs, maintain user stories, and build flows while troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to implement API integrations and build/update flows in ServiceNow
• Fix bugs based on priority defined by the team lead and maintain updates on active user stories
• Attend daily stand-ups and work with the Architect to create solutions for system challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience with development in ServiceNow
• Experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow scripting languages, particularly JavaScript
• Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management/Strategic Planning Workspace and Legal Service Delivery
• Experience with API development and working adjacent to the CMDB
