ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of IT Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform, a full-time ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions focused on Hardware and Software Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules to align with business requirements and industry best practices
• Develop and document data migration and integration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Conduct data analysis and create custom reporting to support business requirements for reporting and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - IT Asset Management Certification or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, and/or ITSM
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM Modules (HAM Pro and SAM Pro) and Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB)
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and integration technologies like REST/SOAP
