ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the ServiceNow Developer will design and implement features on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with an Agile team, and mentor junior developers while enhancing customer applications using low-code solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Envision, design, and implement new features utilizing the ServiceNow low-code platform based on the product backlog
• Build service requests and manage data flows from customers to support teams, ensuring effective service delivery
• Participate in Agile meetings, conduct unit testing, and deliver presentations during Sprint demos

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 4-7+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, including project implementations in an Agile framework
• Experience with ServiceNow components such as CSM, Service Catalog, and ITIL/ITSM modules
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified CSM Implementation Specialist
• Solid understanding of IT delivery methodology and experience creating reports and dashboards within ServiceNow
