ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and implement custom applications while ensuring platform stability and adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and advise on ServiceNow best practices
• Analyze system performance issues and implement enhancements to improve overall platform functionality

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools, including Service Catalog and Incident Management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL/ITSM practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies
