ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support an active government contract, the experienced ServiceNow Developer will manage platform releases, coordinate cross-environment deployments, and ensure service integrity in a fully remote, 12-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational readiness of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability for enterprise-wide services
• Manage the lifecycle of change requests and coordinate deployments across various environments
• Define and implement standardized release schedules for platform updates and enhancements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation consulting and enterprise platform support within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow capabilities
• Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, change management, and user adoption activities
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
