Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote, 12-month contract role, where the candidate will manage platform releases, coordinate cross-environment deployments, and ensure operational readiness within a government contract environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational readiness of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and reliability for enterprise services
• Manage the lifecycle of change requests and coordinate deployments across various environments
• Define and implement standardized release schedules for platform updates and enhancements using ServiceNow best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation consulting and enterprise platform support within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow capabilities
• Proven ability to lead and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
