ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support upcoming federal government projects, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will configure, integrate, and customize ServiceNow solutions while participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance scoped applications in ServiceNow, including building catalog items and workflows
• Write and optimize scripts using GlideRecord, Business Rules, and APIs, while implementing security best practices
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in code reviews and testing cycles with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience beyond admin-level configuration
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Experience building catalog items, record producers, and scoped applications
