ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer to perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions, while primarily working onsite or on the East Coast with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom workflows and integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party partners
• Design and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules and ensure data quality in the CMDB
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer with at least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP or REST
• Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow upgrades
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
