Job Summary

Seeking a full-time ServiceNow Developer to work remotely, who will design and implement application improvements, coordinate integrations of ServiceNow modules, and provide ongoing support throughout sprints for government clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions for new application improvements
  • Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces
  • Handle investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets
Required qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
  • Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments
