ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting an active government contract, the fully remote ServiceNow Developer will manage platform releases, coordinate cross-environment deployments, and ensure service integrity in a large-scale, mission-critical environment over a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational readiness of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and reliability for enterprise services
• Manage the lifecycle of change requests and coordinate deployments across various environments
• Define and implement standardized release schedules for fixes, patches, and major platform releases

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation consulting and enterprise platform support within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Proven ability to lead and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications for ServiceNow
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
