ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support a talented Professional Services team, the full-time ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer will lead the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementations, ensuring best practices in solution design and development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and systems while preparing client-facing technology deliverables
• Implement solution designs as the ServiceNow application developer, collaborating with the Product Designer for design support
• Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment, including modifications to applications and workflows

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Eligibility to meet government requirements
