Job Summary

Seeking a full-time hybrid ServiceNow Developer, the role focuses on designing and developing scalable solutions, automating workflows, and driving enterprise platform innovation while collaborating with architects and governance teams to enhance ServiceNow applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements
• Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, and integrations while ensuring adherence to platform governance and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support testing and deployment activities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
