Job Summary

Seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer for a remote, full-time role, who will build secure applications, protect sensitive data, and support audit logging and compliance reporting while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build secure applications following least-privilege principles and protect sensitive customer data
• Support audit logging, compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation
• Provide operational excellence by managing platform upgrades and monitoring performance

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Active ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and GlideRecord
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and source control (Git)
