ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support enterprise IT service management, the full-time Sr. ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows to enhance ITSM and service desk operations
- Implement Service Request workflows and manage Service Catalog offerings to optimize service delivery
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST APIs and data formats like XML and JSON
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT development or engineering roles
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Familiarity with Splunk for operational analytics and monitoring
- US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Security Clearance preferred
