ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time ServiceNow Developer to work remotely, who will participate in the full implementation lifecycle, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, and design integrations with enterprise applications to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support for ServiceNow implementations
- Configure and develop solutions across various ServiceNow modules based on business needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and provide ongoing support and training to users
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, or CSM
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and Glide scripting
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development best practices
