ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Developer, the successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT service management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements
- Configure integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support ongoing maintenance of applications
- Participate in testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet performance and security standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITOM modules
- At least one active ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
