Job Summary
To support enterprise IT service management, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, enhancing custom applications and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support platform administration activities, including incident resolution and performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
