- Utilize JavaScript, Glide scripting, and workflows to enhance platform functionality
- Collaborate on integrations and configure Business Rules to meet client requirements
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in PSDS, CSM, and/or CRM modules
- Experience with JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization
- Federal Government experience preferred
