ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Developer, the successful candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and integrations across the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on various modules such as Incident Management and Change Management
• Design and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric and REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, particularly with ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration development
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices; ITIL v4 certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions
