ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying platform enhancements and integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric and REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, particularly with ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration development
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and AI-assisted development tools
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, with ITIL v4 certification as a plus
