ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time ServiceNow Developer will configure and develop NSF ICM features, workflows, and integrations in a hybrid remote environment with occasional on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure tables, forms, fields, and business rules within the ServiceNow platform
- Develop scripts, flows, and reports to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Document configurations and support production deployment and post-release stabilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent technical studies
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API skills
- Experience with scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, and reporting
- Ability to build REST integrations and configure ACLs, roles, and notifications
