Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow workflows and flows to streamline business processes
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and advanced automation capabilities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including multiple instances and complex environments
- Advanced proficiency with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, JavaScript, and Glide APIs
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations using JSON and XML
