ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support internal operations and digital transformation, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective applications and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies
- Mentor other developers and contribute to continuous platform improvement and technical standards
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow Studio or App Engine Studio
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow product, such as CSM or HRSD
- Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, or equivalent technologies
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and development best practices
