ServiceNow Developer and Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business processes
• Manage day-to-day platform administration, including user roles, ACLs, and catalog maintenance
• Implement and maintain ITSM and CSM functionalities to align with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate with 5 to 10+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Solid hands-on experience with Glide Record queries in client scripts and business rules
• Proven experience designing solutions in Flow Designer
• Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Retail Service Management (RSM) modules
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL v3 Foundation certification
